End-User License Agreement (EULA)

The End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) between you and gta-modmenu is a legally enforceable contract.

This EULA governs your purchase and use of gta-modmenu’s training software (“Software”), whether acquired directly from gta-modmenu or through a gta-modmenu authorised reseller or distributor (a “Reseller”).

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation procedure and utilising the training programme. It contains warranty information, liability disclaimers, and a licence to use the trainer’s software.

This EULA agreement will also apply if you join up for a free trial of the training software. By clicking “accept,” you confirm your acceptance of the programme and your commitment to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are signing this EULA on behalf of a company or another legal body, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions.

Do not install or use the Software and do not accept this EULA agreement if you lack such power or do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement applies solely to gta-modmenu’s Software, regardless of whether additional software is mentioned or described inside.

The terms apply to any gta-modmenu updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless otherwise noted.

License Grant

gta-modmenu hereby offers you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the training software on your devices in line with the terms of this EULA.

You are authorized to install the training course on a device under your control (for example, a PC, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet). You must ensure that your device satisfies the minimal requirements of the trainer’s software.

You are not permitted to:

  • Edit, alter, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the programme, but do not allow the Software to be merged with or become included in any other programme, and do not attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
  • The Software may not be reproduced, duplicated, distributed, resold, or otherwise commercially exploited.
  • Allow anybody else to use the Software on their behalf or for their advantage.
  • Use the Software in any way that is against the law, whether local, national, or international. Use the Software for any purpose that gta-modmenu considers to be in violation of the provisions of this EULA.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

gta-modmenu shall retain ownership of the Software as downloaded by you as well as any subsequent downloads of the Software by you at all times. gta-modmenu owns and shall own the Software (together with any copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software, including any modifications).

gta-modmenu retains the right to sublicense the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is in place as of the first time you use the Software and will continue in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by providing gta-modmenu with writing notice.

If you breach any of the provisions of this EULA agreement, it will also be cancelled immediately. The licences granted by this EULA agreement will terminate immediately upon such termination, and you agree to discontinue all access to and use of the Software. In the event that this EULA agreement is terminated, the terms that, by definition, continue and survive shall be kept.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, as well as any dispute originating from or related to it, will be governed by and construed in compliance with our laws.
